Buffalo Fire remnants along Buffalo Cabin Trail

Charred trees stand and paint as sharp contrast to the springtime growth along the Buffalo Cabin Trail in the Eagles Nest Wilderness. The Buffalo fire started early June 12th 2018. Fire breaks severely limited the destruction of the fire as it was aggressively fought and contained to 80 acres.
